I study, practice and teach the traditional Yoga, and Ayurveda. I have chosen this integrated pathway because I know these disciplines are ancient healing of Indian medicine, time-tested holistic practices which aim to purify and strengthen the body, energized the body, calms the mind, refine the breath, balance the mind and body, promote health and brighten our Spirit.

My classes are for everyone who has an open mind and a willingness to participate.I strive to make a person’s Yoga experience rewarding and provide a welcoming environment free from judgment and competition. In 2014 I received my 200 hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) certification from Yoga Bharati.

My classes are aimed at beginner to intermediate level students who are looking to alleviate stress or anxiety, facilitate healing and generally improve their day to day feelings of wellbeing.
